Who this online coaching is for

This suits people in their twenties and thirties who already care how they look. You are past the "I will start Monday" phase, but you still get pulled off track by work deadlines, travel, and weekends that do not line up with a perfect routine. You do not need a perfect gym or a private chef. You do need to be honest when you update me, willing to adjust when stress shows up, and able to train on your own most of the time. Regular updates so we adjust before small slips become a full reset. You get direct feedback: what to change, what to keep, and what to stop overthinking at half past midnight. If you want a coach who ghosts you after payment, that is not this.

I do not promise a fixed outcome in a fixed number of days. Anyone who does is selling nonsense.
