    Coaching runs on a three-month minimum. Exact pricing is confirmed after your application once the right package (online or PT) is clear—monthly or discounted upfront options are available.

Who is coaching for?

How do I apply?

Use any Apply for Coaching button to jump to the on-site form, then choose “Open email app to send”—your mail app opens with a draft to us. Send that email to apply. Share as much detail as you can about your goals—I’ll review it and come back with next steps if we’re a good fit.

Where do in-person PT sessions take place?

Sessions are at Next Level Gym, Capital Trade Park, Winery Lane, Walton-le-Dale, Preston, PR5 4AW. Say you’re training with Elevate Physique Coaching when you arrive if the front desk asks.

How does online coaching work?

You get a training plan built around your schedule and equipment, clear targets for nutrition without making you obsessive about tracking, and regular check-ins so we can adjust when work, sleep, or stress gets messy. You’re not buying a PDF—you’re getting ongoing coaching.

What results can I expect?

Results depend on consistency, sleep, and nutrition—but clients who follow the plan typically see noticeable changes within the first 8–12 weeks.

Do I need a gym membership?

Most people get the best results with a well-equipped gym, but it depends on your goal and what you have access to. We’ll build around what’s realistic—home setups, commercial gyms, or a mix—so you’re not stuck with a plan you can’t run.

Is nutrition included?

Yes. We’ll either set up meal ideas you can actually stick to, or track macros—whatever fits how you like to eat and how much headspace you’ve got. It’s tailored to your food preferences and your schedule, not a generic plan off the shelf.

How often do we check in?

Expect a proper check-in rhythm (usually weekly) so we can review training, photos or measurements if you’re happy to share them, and tweak the plan. If something’s urgent in between, you’re not left on read.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. Programs are scaled to your experience. What matters is commitment and willingness to follow structure.

What if I have nights out or travel?

Life doesn’t stop. We build flexibility into your week so you can stay social without throwing progress away—sustainable beats perfect.

Can you help with a photoshoot, holiday, or event deadline?

Yes—if you’ve got a fixed date, we’ll reverse-engineer the plan so training and nutrition line up with it. The earlier you start, the more room we have to do it properly instead of last-minute panic.

What does it cost—and is there a minimum commitment?

There’s a three-month minimum commitment for coaching. PT pricing depends on how many sessions you want per week. Online coaching and PT can both be paid monthly, or upfront—upfront options are available at a discounted rate. I’ll confirm exact numbers after your application once we’ve pinned down what you need.

Do you coach people outside the UK?

Online coaching works fine across time zones as long as check-ins and communication stay consistent. Apply with your location and schedule—we’ll see if it’s realistic on both sides.
