How do I apply?

Use any Apply for Coaching button to jump to the form. It’s three short steps and takes about a minute. You’ll get a confirmation email straight away, and I’ll be in touch shortly, usually within one working day, with next steps if we’re a good fit.

Can I speak to you before committing to anything?

Yes. Send the application with a bit of context and I’ll get back to you personally, usually within a working day. If you leave a mobile number I’ll normally message you there, and we can talk it through properly before you decide anything. No sales script, and no obligation either way.

How does online coaching work?

You get a training plan built around your schedule and the gym you train in, clear targets for nutrition without making you obsessive about tracking, and weekly updates so we can adjust when work, sleep, or stress gets messy. You’re not buying a PDF. You’re getting ongoing coaching.

What results can I expect?

Most clients who stick to the plan see a clear physical shift in the first 8 to 12 weeks. Sleep and nutrition still matter, and there’s no magic fix, but the approach works when you use it properly.

Do I need a gym membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaching is built on proper resistance training, and that needs a gym with a decent range of free weights and machines. A couple of dumbbells in the spare room won’t get you where you want to go, and I’d rather say that before you pay than write you a plan that can’t work. Travel is different: a hotel gym for a week is something we plan around, not a problem.

Is nutrition included?

Yes. We’ll either set up meal ideas you can actually stick to, or track macros, whatever fits how you like to eat and how much headspace you’ve got. It’s tailored to your food preferences and your schedule, not a generic plan off the shelf.

How often do we check in?

Weekly. You send your update, I read it properly, and the plan gets adjusted off the back of it: training, photos or measurements if you’re happy to share them, and how the week actually went. If something’s urgent in between, you’re not left on read.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes, and beginners often make the fastest progress because everything is new. Your programme is scaled to your experience, so you are not thrown into something you cannot execute. What matters is committing to the structure and being honest in your updates.

What if I have nights out or travel?

Life doesn’t stop. We build flexibility into your week so you can stay social without throwing progress away. Sustainable beats perfect.

Can you help with a photoshoot, holiday, or event deadline?

Yes. If you’ve got a fixed date, we’ll reverse-engineer the plan so training and nutrition line up with it. The earlier you start, the more room we have to do it properly instead of last-minute panic.

What does it cost, and is there a minimum commitment?

There’s a three-month minimum commitment for coaching. It can be paid monthly, or upfront at a discounted rate. I’ll confirm exact numbers after your application once we’ve pinned down what you need.

Do you coach people outside the UK?

Yes. Online is worldwide. Different time zones are fine if your weekly updates stay consistent. Apply with your location and schedule and we’ll see if it stacks up.
