Eat less, move more—everyone knows the line. The hard bit is doing it for months when work and weekends keep happening. I run fat loss for people who will train and stick to the plan—Preston sessions at Next Level Gym, or online anywhere.
Who this is for
Yo-yo diet or training hard with nothing to show for it? This is for adults who want a deficit they can run week after week—not a two-week panic. We keep muscle in the picture too—I don't chase scale wins at the expense of your strength in the gym.
How we approach food
We set a deficit you can actually hold—habits, meals, or macros—whatever you will run. Not chasing perfect tracking; chasing a week that still moves the needle when life gets noisy.
One rough day does not define the week. We fix it and move on.
Training while you cut
Fat loss is not just cardio and hope. Resistance training protects muscle and keeps you looking firm as weight comes down. Your programme is built around your level, your joints, and the equipment you have—commercial gym, small studio, or a decent home setup. Honest expectations
Crash diets bounce you back. Real fat loss is slower: most people who stick with the plan see a clear shift in the first eight to twelve weeks when training, sleep, and food line up. Your starting point and stress still matter—you will always know if we are on track.
