About coaching
Coaching with me isn’t just a plan you download and try to figure out on your own — it’s a complete system built around you. Every client gets structure, accountability, and support to make progress that actually lasts.
Your training is designed specifically for your goals and the kit you have access to. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, or just get stronger and leaner, every session is programmed with purpose so you know exactly what to do in the gym.
Nutrition is set up to fit your lifestyle. You’ll have clear meal plans with portion sizes, simple food swaps, and macro targets so you can stay consistent while still enjoying life.
Check-ins happen every week, where I review your progress and send you personalised video or voice note feedback. This keeps you on track, removes the guesswork, and gives you clear next steps every time.
Day to day, you’re never on your own. You’ll have access to my coaching app, WhatsApp support, and a full content library covering training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle — everything you need to stay ahead.
Online Coaching vs In-Person Coaching
Online Coaching
With online coaching, you’ll have structure, accountability, and guidance wherever you train. Your plan is built around your equipment and goals, and updated as you progress. You’ll check in weekly through the coaching app, where I review everything and send you personalised voice note or video feedback. Between check-ins, you’ll have WhatsApp support and access to my content library, so you’re never left guessing what to do.
In-Person Coaching
In-person coaching takes things further with live sessions inside the gym. I’ll push you through each workout, fix technique, and make sure every set counts. You’ll still get the same structure and support as my online clients — training, nutrition, check-ins, and app access — but with the added accountability and intensity of face-to-face coaching.
How It Works
Step 1 – Apply for Coaching

Step 2 – Application Review
Your application will be reviewed to make sure coaching is the right fit and that the plan can be tailored properly to your goals.
Step 3 – Consultation Call
If it’s a fit, you’ll be sent a link to book a consultation. On this call, we’ll go through everything in detail — your goals, lifestyle, training history, and the best plan of action.
Step 4 – Get Started
From there, you’ll be set up on the coaching app, connected on WhatsApp, and given your personalised training and nutrition plan. You’ll have everything you need to start progressing straight away.
