Online coaching gives you structure, accountability, and support wherever you are. You’ll use my coaching app, have WhatsApp contact with me, access to a private content library, and weekly check-ins with personalised video or voice note feedback.
In-person coaching gives you the same tailored approach, but with live sessions in the gym where I guide technique, intensity, and progression on the spot. Many clients use a mix of both for the best results.

Yes. Every client receives a structured nutrition plan with exact portions, flexible swaps, and guidance that fits around your lifestyle. It’s designed to be simple, filling, and sustainable — not bland or restrictive.

No problem. I work with complete beginners through to advanced lifters. Your plan will match your ability and equipment, and I’ll teach you proper form, progression, and mindset along the way.

You don’t need a commercial membership, but you do need some form of training kit. Your program is written for the equipment you have available — whether that’s a fully equipped gym, private studio, or your own setup.

Each week you’ll complete a check-in through my coaching app. I’ll review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and send you personalised video or voice note feedback so you always know the next step.

Yes, within reason. Coaching is about balance. You’ll learn how to enjoy meals out and socials without stalling progress. The aim is to make fitness fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.

If it looks right, I’ll send you a link to book a consultation call where we’ll go through everything in detail and set out the next steps. From there, you’ll either be set up on my coaching app and WhatsApp, or we’ll arrange in-person sessions if you’re local.
